(Junior) Legal Advisor Employment Law and Labor Relations (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

• Support and advise HR and business stakeholders on employment law matters throughout the employee lifecycle
• Draft, review and update employment contracts, amendments, policies, standard letters and other employment-related documents and templates
• Support HR processes, organizational changes and cross-functional projects and develop practical, business-oriented solutions from an employment law perspective
• Collaborate closely with HR, business leaders, and external legal counsel
• Advise on works council matters and collective employment law topics
• Conduct legal research and monitor relevant developments in legislation and case law, assess their impact on the company and provide necessary recommendations
• Prepare and hold employment law training sessions and workshops for HR, managers and other internal stakeholders
• Coordinate court hearings and represent the company in court

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Successfully completed First and Second State Examination in Law (support is provided for admission to the bar as in-house lawyer)
• Strong interest and solid knowledge in German individual and collective employment law, demonstrated by corresponding specialization at university, internship, legal clerkship placement, or professional experience
• Willingness to work on employment law matters across different jurisdictions
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent, structured and diligent working style and the ability to present complex legal matters clearly, concisely and in a practical, business-oriented manner
• Confident and professional communication skills
