Our high‑performing CBD Office Leasing team is growing, and we’re seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to join the team.

Reporting to a senior leader within the business, you’ll play a key role in supporting leasing campaigns, nurturing client relationships and helping deliver exceptional outcomes across a diverse portfolio. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment and is looking to accelerate their career with a globally recognised brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue new appointments, nurturing both new and existing client relationships
  • Assist in preparing high‑quality pitches and proposals
  • Conduct tenant canvassing to identify opportunities and generate enquiry
  • Manage reporting, marketing activities and asset‑level promotion
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date database records, including listings, contacts and transactions

Qualifications

  • Perfect for a motivated property graduate ready to launch their career in commercial real estate, or an experienced office property manager or commercial leasing professional looking for their next opportunity.
  • A client‑first mindset and strong ability to manage competing priorities
  • Well‑developed negotiation skills and an understanding of current market dynamics
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail
  • Current VIC Real Estate Representative License (willing to attain)
  • A collaborative, energetic and driven attitude
