Lead Qualifier, working for a US-based client in managing and qualifying top-of-funnel leads so the sales team can focus on closing deals. 🇺🇸

What you'll be doing?
- 🔸 Export leads from third-party sources and import them into Salesforce, ensuring accurate and structured data flow.
- 🔸 Keep lead records clean and updated — assign owners, update statuses, remove duplicates, and maintain CRM hygiene.
- 🔸 Enroll and unenroll leads in Marketo and other automated workflows as needed.
- 🔸 Review lead profiles, social media accounts, and engagement metrics to evaluate quality.
- 🔸 Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and internal scoring framework (follower count, engagement rate, etc.).
- 🔸 Forward high-potential leads (scores 3–4) to the sales closers and discard or deprioritize low-quality leads (scores 1–2) following the agreed process.
- 🔸 Follow detailed SOPs while maintaining high speed and accuracy in processing.
- 🔸 Ensure replies are handled quickly so the closing team can act fast.
- 🔸 Support light data entry and administrative tasks related to the lead funnel.
- 🔸 Collaborate with Sales and Ops teams, flag bottlenecks, and report recurring process issues.
About you
- 🎯 You’ve worked in customer support, data entry, or operational/admin roles where high task volume is the norm.
- 🎯 You’re extremely detail-oriented and highly organized — nothing slips through the cracks.
- 🎯 Your English is at a high level (C1 or above), both written and spoken.
- 🎯 You’re confident in your communication style and eager to grow into a future Sales or Account Manager role.
- 🎯 You’re comfortable working in CRM systems (Salesforce is a big plus, but we’ll train you).
- 🎯 You can follow SOPs to the letter while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- 🎯 You have solid critical thinking skills and can evaluate lead quality using predefined criteria.
- 🎯 You’re structured, process-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- 🎯 You have reliable internet and a computer that can handle high-volume CRM work smoothly.
- 🎯 You’re ambitious, proactive, and motivated to develop into a client-facing position over time.
