This role will work closely with Mr. Cyril Xing, Partner and Accredited Property Law Specialist (NSW ) Cyril advises on a wide range of property and commercial matters, including residential and commercial transactions, off‑the‑plan developments, and business advisory work across multiple Australian jurisdictions.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Lawyer to join our Property & Commercial team in our
Brisbane office.

This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their legal career who has gained foundational experience in property or commercial law and is eager to deepen their expertise. You will work closely with Cyril and other senior practitioners across a diverse range of matters, gaining hands‑on experience and meaningful responsibility from day one. While the role will primarily focus on property and commercial transactions, there may
also be opportunities to assist across related practice areas, including
construction, business advisory, and commercial disputes.

What We’re Looking For

• Lawyer with 0–3 years PAE (or an experienced paralegal ready to transition into a lawyer role)
• Prior experience in property law, commercial transactions, or property development is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently while working collaboratively within a team
• Professional, organised, and capable of managing competing priorities
• Commercial mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and build client relationships
• Interest in business development, networking, and long‑term career growth
• Fluency in Chinese or another language is advantageous
