About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior LATAM CRM Specialist to join our local Marketing team in Mexico. This is a key role within CRM as we continue to expand our global capabilities while strengthening our local market execution in Latin America.In this role, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and executing CRM communication across all our LATAM markets (Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Peru).

  • Campaign Management: Develop the local communication calendar in collaboration with each LATAM market lead; execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app/in-web) in Braze for all markets; adapt HQ global campaigns to local needs, languages, and customer behaviors.
  • Lifecycle & Personalization: Roll out and continuously improve multi-channel lifecycle communications tailored to LATAM market needs; develop and enhance personalization strategies across all CRM communications.
  • Optimization: Ensure relevancy through segmentation and customer behavior insights; set up and execute A/B tests to continuously improve performance.
  • Testing: Monitor campaign and lifecycle performance and proactively optimize existing communications; document all A/B tests, learnings, and performance results.
  • Braze Ownership & QA: Own CRM execution in Braze for LATAM; use existing email and in-app setup features in Braze (basic HTML knowledge required; Liquid is a plus); ensure structured documentation of processes.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Develop individual CRM strategies for your markets in strong collaboration with HQ and all LATAM market leads; translate commercial and market needs into effective CRM initiatives.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Act as the central CRM contact for LATAM Marketing and HQ; impact and optimize both marketing and operational communication flows; support scalable processes while maintaining local flexibility and excellence.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing communication, with strong focus on multi-channel CRM.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with a CRM tool; Braze experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing multiple communication channels, Push and WhatsApp with a strong plus.
  • Experience developing and optimizing lifecycle communication.
