What You Will Do:
Communicate with customers via remote channels (telephone, e-mail, internet banking) to collect necessary information according to internal guidelines and procedures
Validate and enter received information into banking systems according to internal guidelines and procedures using tools provided by Luminor
Conduct account/customer reviews using Luminor’s systems, public data bases and internal information according to internal guidelines and procedures
Complete a detailed documentation of steps taken through account/customer review process, as well as documentation of information gathered during review process within Luminor systems
Apply risk mitigation measures identified during account/customer reviews and ensuring their proper implementation, follow-up, and fulfillment in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures
Maintain regular contact with relevant structural units to obtain necessary information about customers
Contribute to a good working environment by taking on a positive and constructive approach in cooperation with colleagues and giving honest feedback ensuring a drive of high performance in the CRM department
Contribute to the Anti-Financial Crime Department and Luminor performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
What We Expect:
Previous experience with banking or other industry that is required professional skills in KYC area (CDD/EDD/OEDD)
High commitment to the current and prospective KYC needs, keeping oneself pro-actively updated on the upcoming regulatory changes
Degree (or final-year student) in Law, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
Professional MS Office skills
Fluent Lithuanian and English are required in spoken and written communication

Gross salary. 1890-2830 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
