🚀 Your role & learning journey
As a Jungkoch / Jungköchin, you support the team while building your technical skills:
Prepare Mise en place and support during service
Learn different cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Work with fresh, high-quality Italian products
Organize your station and manage priorities
Communicate effectively within the team
Apply hygiene and safety standards
👉 This role corresponds to a Commis Chef level within a structured kitchen brigade.
