🚀 Your role & learning journey

As a Jungkoch / Jungköchin, you support the team while building your technical skills:

  • Prepare Mise en place and support during service

  • Learn different cooking techniques and kitchen operations

  • Work with fresh, high-quality Italian products

  • Organize your station and manage priorities

  • Communicate effectively within the team

  • Apply hygiene and safety standards

👉 This role corresponds to a Commis Chef level within a structured kitchen brigade.

💡 What we’re looking for

  • Passion for cooking and motivation to learn

  • Curiosity for Italian cuisine and quality products

  • Energy, team spirit and willingness to grow

  • Organized, reliable and hands-on mindset

👉 First kitchen experience is a plus, not a must
