Take part in managing user accounts, access, and basic security settings.
Set up and support AV equipment for internal meetings, all-hands, and external events — ensuring video, audio, and screen sharing run without a hitch.
Document solutions to common issues and contribute to our knowledge base.
Collaborate with global IT teammates and local Operations/HR on tech-related needs.
1–2 years of hands-on IT Support experience.
Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and troubleshooting.
Interest in learning about security best practices and device management.
Strong communication skills — able to explain tech issues clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting AV/conferencing equipment.
