Job Description

We are looking for Junior IT Security Specialists / SOC L1 to support day-to-day cybersecurity operations and security monitoring. The role focuses on monitoring SIEM, EDR/XDR and DLP alerts , performing initial security incident analysis, managing and escalating security tickets, and supporting incident handling processes while working closely with IT and Security teams. Responsibilities • Monitor security alerts from SIEM systems • Monitor EDR / XDR alerts • Support DLP security processes • Perform initial analysis of security events and incidents • Classify and prioritise security incidents • Register, categorise and escalate security tickets • Monitor open security tickets and their resolution • Analyse DLP policy violations • Support incident handling processes • Cooperate with IT teams and business owners • Cooperate with other members of the Security team • Work according to security procedures and regulatory requirements • Participate in operational on-call duties according to the agreed schedule • Handle selected incidents outside standard working hours when scheduled Requirements • 0–2 years experience in IT Service Desk, IT Administration, SOC or Cybersecurity • Basic cybersecurity knowledge • Basic computer networking knowledge • Microsoft Windows • Linux fundamentals • Active Directory fundamentals • Basic information security knowledge • Ability to analyse security events and alerts • Understanding of incident and ticket handling • Ability to follow procedures • English minimum B1, including technical documentation • Good communication skills • Ability to work with confidential information • Analytical approach and attention to detail Benefits • Solid, competitive salary • Work in a multinational environment on international projects • Comprehensive healthcare • Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline
