We’re hiring an IT Support & Operations Technician to keep our team up and running across HQ and our production facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support employees, onboard new hires, troubleshoot issues in real time, and help maintain the tech that powers our day to day operations.

This role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm, with the potential for overtime during busier periods.
The hourly rate for this role ranges from $26 to $28/hr, depending on experience, skills, and market factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.
