Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Business Process & Requirements Support

• Assist senior analysts in shadowing business units to map out current "as-is" workflows and identify areas for digital improvement.

• Document meeting minutes, user requirements, and basic process flows under the guidance of the Head of IT Applications.

• Help maintain the repository of functional requirement documents and user stories.

2. Project Coordination & Vendor Liaison

• Track project schedules, action items, and follow-ups for small-to-medium digital initiatives.

• Coordinate meeting schedules between internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and technology vendors.

• Support the administration of vendor demonstrations and request-for-proposal (RFP) documentation.

3. Testing, Quality Assurance & AI Familiarization

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test cases to validate new application features.

• Log and track software bugs or data discrepancies during system rollouts.

• Learn and assist in evaluating the accuracy and performance of basic digital tools and AI applications (e.g., chatbots, automated workflows).

4. Training, Documentation & Change Management

• Draft simple user guides, FAQs, and training materials to help business users adopt new IT applications.

• Coordinate logistics for user training sessions across different divisions.

• Gather post-implementation feedback from end-users to help identify areas for continuous software improvement.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Must be a UAE National (fresh graduate status preferred).

Experience

• 0–1 year of experience (Prior internship experience in an IT or corporate business environment is an advantage).

Skills & Competencies

• Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking with an eagerness to learn how diversified business processes operate.

• Tech-Savvy: Genuine interest in modern technologies, including mobile apps, data analytics, and AI applications.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus for interacting with local business entities).

• Tools: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to flowcharting tools (like Visio or Miro) is a plus.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a multi-divisional, fast-paced corporate environment.
