Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Junior Intellectual Property Associate to its Intellectual Property Litigation, Trademarks and Patent Team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing team. The ideal candidate is located in North or South Carolina, but this search is open to any Nelson Mullins office location.

All candidates are asked to submit the following:
You have one to two years of meaningful experience in patent preparation and prosecution with a willingness to also assist in trademark and/or licensing matters You possess a mechanical engineering or chemical engineering degree. You are admitted in good standing to a state Bar where Nelson Mullins has an office, preference to NC and/or SC, and are admitted to the USPTO as a registered patent attorney.
