Are you eager to launch your career in finance, passionate about accuracy, and thrive in a dynamic international environment? Join our Invoice to Cash (I2C) Accounting Team and play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate service delivery while maintaining compliance with financial standards.

In this role, you will be instrumental in executing routine tasks across cash application, collections, and customer invoicing, contributing directly to our cash flow efficiency. What you will be responsible for:

  • Timely & Accurate Processing:Execute daily, period-end, and ad-hoc accounting tasks, ensuring prompt and precise posting of incoming customer payments.

  • Collections Support:Asists with collections efforts by sending payment reminders, proactively following up on overdue accounts, and preparing dunning proposals for review.

  • Account Reconciliation:Support regular reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

  • Communication & Collaboration:Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders, external customers, and cross-functional teams to resolve queries.

  • Documentation & Compliance:Ensure all accounts receivable transactions are meticulously documented, complying with internal policies and accounting standards, contributing to seamless audit readiness.

  • Performance Adherence:Consistently follow assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet and exceed business expectations.

About you:

  • Foundational Knowledge:Basic understanding of core accounting principles and practices.

  • Language Skills:Business proficient English is essential; additional language skills are a significant advantage.

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Detail-Oriented:High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.

  • Communicator:Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.

  • Organized & Proactive: Strong organizational abilities to manage daily tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.

  • Eager to Grow:An eagerness to learn and grow within the role, coupled with a flexible mindset to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.

The gross monthly salary for this role is up to 2200 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
