We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our business operations across multiple functions. This contract-based opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on maintaining order, solving problems before they arise, and bringing structure to a fast-paced environment all while working remotely.
Youll work closely with our operations, sales, HR, and finance teams to ensure all documentation and admin processes are managed accurately and efficiently. No specific system knowledge is required just a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a natural instinct for administration.
Client Documentation Management:
Maintain and organise contracts, invoices, and other key client documentation
Ensure filing systems are structured and up to date
Sales Support & Due Diligence:
Assist with vendor onboarding documentation
Help complete and manage security questionnaires and compliance paperwork
HR & Payroll Admin:
Maintain new starter checklists and onboarding documents
Track annual leave, sick leave, and employee records
Support payroll-related documentation as needed
General Administrative Support:
Monitor inboxes and follow up on outstanding items
Proactively identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks
Provide ad hoc admin support across departments
-3+ years of experience in an administrative role
-Relevant certification or diploma in administration, business support, office management, or a related field
-Excellent organisational and time management skills
-High attention to detail and ability to work independently
-Fluent in English, both written and verbal
-Tech-savvy with solid experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
-Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
-Must be able to work UK business hours (Monday-Friday)

Back up power ( UPS, Invertor )
Up-to-date antivirus protection
Internet Connection Requirements:
Minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
Reliable WiFi or wired connection
Access to backup power or mobile data to stay online during load shedding or outages
Audio Equipment:
A clear microphone headset for virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
100% remote working environment
Contract length of 6-12 months (based on client needs)
Exposure to international clients and operational systems
