Job Description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What you will do

  • Responsible for assigned ICO month end closing activities and other accounting related tasks.
  • Performs accurate and timely preparation of journal entries and relevant supporting documentation.
  • Generate reports and other relevant documentation
  • Support on deliver performance metrics (KPI´s) to Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Supports ad-hoc tasks and requests as needed.

What you need

  • Technical High School diploma or currently enrolled in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in finance and/or accounting activities preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros, charts, and formulas
  • English proficiency at a B1+ level
  • Experience working with ERP systems preferred
