Junior Human ResourcesWe are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior HR to support our Human Resources team across several areas, including internal communication, HRIS, administration, payroll, and onboarding activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to develop hands‑on HR experience in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Communication Support the preparation and distribution of general HR information via email.Draft and publish internal posts.Assist with updates and communication of internal rules and guidelines.2. HRISProvide support with HR tools.Run and prepare Workday reports.Assist with Workday changes, including accurate and compliant data updates.3. HR AdministrationAct as a first point of contact for standard HR administrative questions and redirect complex topics where needed.Scan, organize, and upload HR documents in the DMS (Document Management System).4. Payroll SupportPrepare payroll-related information for monthly processing.Check employee absences and verify supporting documentation in Workday.5. Onboarding & Employee ExperienceSupport and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes by liaising with IT, Facilities, and other internal teams to ensure timely completion of all related activities.Contribute to the preparation of Welcome Day.Logistics arrangements.Updating presentations, information materials, and related documentation.

Your ProfileBachelor’s in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in English.Comfortable working with digital tools.Detail‑oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
