Your main responsibilities

The candidate will be part of the HR Department, supporting the Training Responsible.
In particular, she/he will:

• Support the organization and coordination of internal and external training courses;

• Manage training calendars, invitations, attendance tracking, and training-related documentation;

• Support the communication of training initiatives to employees;

• Collect and monitor participant feedback and training reports;

• Manage the entry and updating of training activities in the Zucchetti HRIS system;

• Contribute to optimizing document management and digital archiving within the Zucchetti HRIS system;

• Assist in preparing reports and data extractions for the analysis of training activities;

• Collaborate with the HR team on Learning & Development projects and initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:

• Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;

• Interest in Learning & Development processes;

• Accuracy, attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks;

• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or equivalent fields;

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, reporting);

• Excellent command of the English language.
