HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (JUNIOR)

We are looking for a Junior HR Operations Executive to join our Regional HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. This role will primarily support monthly payroll processing, invoicing, and statutory compliance across multiple countries. You will play an important part in ensuring payroll accuracy and service quality while coordinating closely with finance and local HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly payroll processing for assigned countries (salary computation, statutory contributions, and deductions).

• Ensure timely invoice drafting to clients for payroll, HR services, or Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements.
• Maintain updated employee compensation data and ensure accurate input into HRIS and payroll systems
• Prepare relevant payroll documentation (e.g. payslips, tax forms, bank transfer templates).
• Assist with continuous process improvement for payroll accuracy, cost efficiency, and service quality.

• Ad hoc tasks being assigned by Operation manager.

Requirements

• Open for candidates waiting for Diploma or Bachelors degree.
• 0 - 1 year of working experience in HR, payroll, or admin-related roles (internship experience is a plus).
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent in English

• Able to handle confidential data with integrity.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work with deadlines.
