Junior HR Cost Controller - FIXED TERM

What you will do

The main purpose of this position is to support the design and delivery of HR Cost Controlling processes across multiple countries. The role involves assisting in monitoring headcount, tracking budget trends, and preparing analyses to support business efficiency and decision-making.

Key Activities:

• Support the implementation of HR Cost Controlling processes and guidelines across different countries

• Assist in the preparation of HR cost plans, forecasts, and budgets for the Region

• Contribute to monthly closing activities by validating data and supporting variance analysis (actual vs forecast vs budget)

• Collaborate with Finance and local HR Business Partners to collect and analyze personnel costs and headcount data

• Support the identification of potential risks and opportunities related to HR costs

• Assist in local personnel cost analysis and contribute to cost optimization initiatives

• Help maintain and update HR systems data through regular checks on personnel cost variations

• Monitor key HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, vacations) and support reporting activities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly personnel cost reports, highlighting key trends and insights

• Support the update and sharing of reports with Administration & Control functions to ensure process alignment

• Maintain regular communication with local HR Business Partners on HR cost-related topics

• Contribute to group reporting processes by supporting the consolidation of dashboards (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

What you need to succeed

Education:University Degree in Business Administration or Finance

Professional Experience

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience as Cost Controller / Personnel Administration / Finance Controller in a multinational and well-structured HR department;

• Experience in personnel cost management

Languages: Fluent English and Italian

Preferred qualifications & soft skills:

• Strong analytical skills

• Interpersonal skills: excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to deal with Senior Management

• Commitment to confidentiality

• Proficiency user of Excel and Power Point

Other Availability for international business travels

This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
