Junior HR and Health and Safety (training contract)

CHANEL is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR and Health and Safety to join our Iberia team. Based in Madrid and reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Team, you will play a key role in supporting HR activities.

Your role@CHANEL:

Your role as Junior HR and Health and Safety is to contribute to the overall performance of CHANEL teams by acting as a key support in the Payroll and Benefits Team.

Key responsibilities include:

Safety and Health Management

  • Support in updating and monitoring the prevention plan
  • Support in document management for risk assessments and preventive measures
  • Collaboration on internal awareness campaigns
  • Participation in accident and incident investigations.

Coordination of Business Activities (CAE)

  • Support in reviewing legal documentation from contractors and suppliers
  • Support in managing CAE platforms (access control, certificates, etc.)

Medical check-ups

  • Appointment management and coordination with the external prevention service.
  • Secure recording and filing of medical certificates.

Safety and Health training

  • Support in planning and monitoring mandatory training sessions.
  • Registration management and evaluation of attendees.
  • Document control for certificates and training records.

Safety and Health information

  • Distribution of security onboarding documentation.

Your contribution will enhance process effectiveness, elevate executive communication, and reinforce CHANEL’s HR impact in Iberia.

What you can bring to the team:

We are looking for a structured, analytical, and business-oriented HR professional with a strong focus on results and quality deliverables.

  • Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, in Labor Relations, qualification in Health and Safety. 1–2 years of experience in Health and Safety.
  • Collaboration & Mindset: Strong team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships with humility
  • Technical Skills proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Languages Fluent in English and Spanish.
