Job Description

HSE Advisor - Temporary Labour Hire Contract

AGA is seeking a reliable and organised HSE Advisor to support operations on a solar farm project. This is a temporary labour hire opportunity for approximately 4–5 months, suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and providing tactical, day-to-day safety needs across the organisation.

You will be the on-the-ground champion for safety, helping to maintain compliance and support a positive safety culture during a busy peak period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and completion of plant and personnel inductions
  • Review and population of HSE documentation, including SWMS, permits, and others as required
  • Completion of HSE audits and inspections on site
  • Communication of toolbox talks to work crew as required
  • Support site daily pre-start
  • Complete incident investigation for low to moderate incidents
  • Incident investigation support for major or above investigations

About You:

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or equivalent.
  • Experienc in a similar field-based or safety-support role.
  • Familiarity with Hammertech software platform preferred
  • Current White Card and valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak up about site safety.
  • Immediate start with full working rights in Australia.
