Job Description

The Graphic & Media Designer supports the creative team in producing branded visual assets for digital and print channels. This role assists with graphic production, copywriting, content updates, and the creation of marketing materials that align with company branding standards. The position supports website, email, presentation, and campaign design needs while ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables. Position works closely with the Senior Graphic & Media Designer and cross-functional teams to execute creative projects efficiently and assists with production-ready file preparation and day-to-day creative support needs.

  • Creates and updates branded graphics and marketing materials for digital and print use
  • Supports production of website, email, presentation, and campaign graphics
  • Assists with copywriting, content formatting, and text updates for creative materials
  • Resizes, edits, and prepares production-ready creative assets and files
  • Supports brand consistency and adherence to visual identity guidelines
  • Collaborates with the Senior Graphic & Media Designer and internal teams on creative projects
  • Assists with photo editing and basic multimedia support
  • Assists with quality review and proofreading of creative materials
  • Supports creative project coordination and asset organization
  • Perform other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or marketing support roles
  • Experience creating digital and print marketing materials
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Basic experience with presentation design, website graphics, and email creative assets
  • Strong graphic design and creative production skills
  • Knowledge of branding and layout best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
