The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the development of visually compelling materials across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design execution. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual content for social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and event materials.
• Support the execution of brand campaigns and ensure consistency across all visuals.
• Adapt master creative concepts into various formats and sizes.
• Edit and retouch images, source stock photos, and prepare final artwork for production.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and external agencies when needed.
• Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Organize and manage creative assets and design files.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of printing processes and digital formats.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or simple animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools.
• Interest in real estate, architecture, or corporate branding is a bonus.
