KOSTAL Group is a global, family-owned German company that develops market-leading solutions for the solar and automotive industries. The company was established in 1912 and employs about 20 000 people at 47 locations in 22 countries. In Hungary, KOSTAL is building its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. This is a global centre with high value-added and complex processes which you can help to grow.

The work can be managed fully remotely – with time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.

You will be responsible for supporting the GL team/process in the daily operation to achieve the highlighted key priorities and qualitative and quantitative target sets.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing accounting transactions for foreign subsidiaries of KOSTAL group with key scope of Europe
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Keeps files up to date and guarantees proper filing of relevant supporting documents for future reference, including audits
• Preparation of balance sheet, intercompany and bank reconciliations
• Participates in monthly closing activities
• Other ad-hoc projects and duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Min 1–2 years of experience as an accountant
• Experience with international organizations
• SAP FI knowledge will be beneficial
• Native in Hungarian
• Fluent in English
