The Opportunity
Our Fund Administration team is a growing and dynamic group supporting a diverse portfolio of investment fund clients. We combine technicalexpertisewith a collaborative and supportive environment, where you will be trusted with real responsibilities from day one and guided by experienced professionals.
This is an ideal opportunity for early-career professionals to builda strong foundationin fund services within a global network.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fund Accountant to join our team. Whether you are a recent graduate or have up to two years’ experience, this role will provide you with hands-on exposure to fund accounting and financial reporting in a structured and supportive environment.
No professional qualification isrequiredat this stage- just a strong willingness to learn,growand contribute.
Your responsibilities
Helping prepare financial reports and management accounts for our fund clients
Supporting the team with year-end financial statements
Assistingwith audit queries by gathering relevant information
Helpingmaintainaccurateaccounting records across a portfolio of clients
Supporting the calculation of funds’ Net Asset Values (NAVs)
Assistingwith investor onboarding, including processing Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation
Communicating with fund managers, investors, banks,auditorsand other counterparties (with guidance from senior team members)
Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines
Supporting the preparation of periodic reports for fund entities and regulatory bodies
Assistingwith bank and portfolio reconciliation to ensure records areaccurateand up to date
Getting involved inadditionaltasks and projects as they come up, including exciting product development initiatives
Working alongside colleagues across the PwC network and external partners to deliver great outcomes for ourclients
WhatYou Bring
University degree in Accounting,Financeor a related field
0–2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting,auditor finance
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Strongorganisationalskills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A proactive and curious mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and develop
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Positive attitude with a professional and adaptable approach
