We specialise in building and modernising backend-heavy, integration-critical systems where speed, accuracy, and reliability are non-negotiable. With 90+ AI and custom software experts across engineering hubs in Lithuania and Poland, we embed ourselves directly into client operations — delivering custom software, automation, and AI where they drive the most value.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full-stack Software Engineer to join a project developing advanced information systems for the automotive sector.

The platform supports and automates service management, logistics, and e-commerce workflows. Our team works in an AI-native engineering environment where coding agents are used as part of the daily development process.

Working style

• High-ownership: takes a problem end-to-end (DB → API → UI → ship), no hand-holding;
• Comfortable in a team where most code is written by AI agents — the human's job is direction, review, and judgment.

Our stack is Next.js 15 / React 19 on the frontend and NestJS + Prisma on the backend, but we are not strict about prior hands-on experience with either. Given that most code is produced by AI agents, what matters more is the ability to read, review, and steer code in any modern TS framework.

Requirements

Stack familiarity

• Basic practical experience with TypeScript or JavaScript;
• PostgreSQL + an ORM (Prisma ideal, but any is fine);
• Git + Conventional Commits, Docker for local services;
• Backend + frontend fundamentals — specific framework experience matters less than the ability to ramp up quickly.

Nice to have

• Next.js / NestJS / Strapi v5 prior experience;
• Tailwind + shadcn/ui, next-intl, auth flows.

Agentic coding (must-have — this is the real bar)

• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, or a similar tool in a practical development project;
• Plan-first mindset: writes precise specs, breaks work into verifiable steps;
• Experience with AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, repository instructions, MCP servers, subagents, or other context-management practices is an advantage, but not a requirement;
• Uses agents for refactors, test generation, and codebase exploration — knows when to stop and re-plan.

Salary range - 2000 EUR to 2600 EUR monthly before taxes.
