Junior Full-Stack Developer (Analyst Developer)
We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to strengthen a Digital Foundations team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable digital solutions. The initial assignment involves developing and maintaining a Data Steward solution connected to authentic data sources, enabling public service agents to efficiently process citizen requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications and digital services.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the Data Steward platform.
- Integrate applications with authentic data sources and external systems.
- Participate in application analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure security, performance, and reliability of developed solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Support continuous improvement and modernization initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Knowledge of Angular, Java, Spring Framework, Node.js, Python, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of relational databases (RDBMS/SGBD).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Exposure to Quarkus is an advantage.
- Experience integrating applications with authentic data sources is a plus.
- Public sector experience is considered an asset.
Languages
- French: Native or bilingual proficiency.
- Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency.
- English: Basic working proficiency.

Location
