The Junior Foreman's main role is to do all things needed to support the safety, service and KPI's of the Winnipeg Terminal.
This is done by being a leader on the dock floor in support of the direction of the Dock Foreman
The Junior Foreman also covers the Foreman for illness and vacation etc.
Mostly Monday to Friday; shift starts at 11:00 AM To 8:30 PM some weekends when needed. 9-hour shifts
Loading/Unloading/Cross Docking Freight/ Leading/Supporting/Coordinating
Other duties as assigned.
