Team leader: Maciej Olejnik

Responsibilities:

• participation in the month closing process (reserves calculation, analyzes, reconciliations),
• reporting the company's financial results (income statement, production costs, balance sheet),
• supervision over operational finances, accounting, financial controlling,
• managing internal control processes (SOX),
• coordination, consolidation and standardization of accounting processes,
• improvement of reporting tools, modification and implementation of improvements,
• business partnership for commercial, production and logistics departments,
• awareness building

Requirements:

• higher education with an economic profile (having a CIMA / ACCA certificate will be an advantage),
• fluent in English,
• 2 years of experience (including internships) in a financial or accounting position,
• efficient use of MS Office (in particular MS Excel),
• willing to learn and develop their knowledge and skills,
• ability to think analytically and ability to solve problems.
