To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.
Your Responsibility
You support in reporting of monthly P&L with respective management commentary to region (EMEA/LATAM) and HQ in Paris
You´ll participate in preparation of planning scenarios: Estimates/Forecasts and Risk & Opps
Preparation of adhoc analysis for management team as well as other key stakeholders is your responsibility
You are a close business partner for Marketing teams to support with budget planning/monitoring & financial business cases (around new product launches)
You are responsible for P&L-consolidation of markets belonging to Western Europe Management Entity (DACH, BENELUX)
You´ll prepare financial KPI and brand dashboards via BI
You´ll accompany various Group Finance Transformation projects
You are responsible for further development of existing BI and reporting landscape
Your Profile
You hold a university degree in business economics with a focus on Controlling/Finance
You possess strong analytical skills and exhibit a hands-on mentality
Your background includes initial experiences (1-2 years) in finance/controlling, gained through internships and/or first Junior position
You are recognized for your strong teamwork, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
You proactively work independently, demonstrating an ability to challenge the status quo and define new ways of working
Proficient in using the MS Office package, particularly Advanced Excel
Previous experience with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) and BI tools (Tagetik, Jedox, Power BI) is considered a plus
