About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and deliver standardized management and financial reports in line with controlling guidelines
  • Verify and ensure data quality, consistency, and technical correctness of all reports provided
  • Follow defined controlling processes and procedures, and highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Support budget and rolling forecast (RFC) processes together with local Cluster Controllers
  • Support monthly reporting and MEC verification activities
  • Assist with audit activities when required
  • Prepare simple ad‑hoc analyses and reports as requested
  • Maintain and update DTP documentation where process changes occur
  • Supporting a Lean culture by participating in improvement initiatives
  • Provide day‑to‑day support and backup within the shared services / controlling team

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • 3 years' of experience in Finance & Accounting (preferably in Finance/Controlling Departments within Shared Service environment)
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar education
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial reporting
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially intermediate Excel
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Analysis for Office / Power BI system as an asset
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
