In this role, you’ll support our Consumer Finance team by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service:
Perform cash allocation, bank reconciliations, and account balancing
Prepare reconciliation reports and support month-end close activities
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes
Maintain accurate customer accounts, process refunds, adjustments, and cancellations
Provide data entry and administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Deliver a high standard of service to both internal and external customers
Experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role
Strong reconciliation, reporting, and data handling skills
Knowledge of cash handling, allocation, balancing, and currency conversion
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet tight deadlines, especially month-end
Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Clear communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
