The Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Operations & Tax Analyst to join our Finance team.

This is a unique early-career opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in international tax and finance operations within a global technology and streaming company.

Working closely with the Tax Manager and wider Finance team, you will gain hands-on exposure to VAT and tax compliance, finance operations, procurement processes, ERP systems, and cross-functional business support across multiple European markets.

This role is designed as a strong learning and development opportunity. We are not looking for someone who already knows every process or regulation — we are looking for someone curious, organised, proactive, and eager to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support international VAT and tax compliance processes across multiple European markets
• Assist with tax reconciliations, reporting, and finance operations activities
• Help manage compliance deadlines, documentation, and coordination with external advisors
• Support procurement and purchase order workflows through internal finance systems
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams on day-to-day business processes
• Assist with month-end activities, reporting, and finance process improvements
• Gain hands-on exposure to ERP systems, operational finance, and cross-functional projects

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, or related areas
• Internship or early-career experience in finance or accounting is a plus
• Exposure to ERP or finance systems is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Professional working proficiency in English required
• Spanish is a plus
