Porsche Inter Auto Polska to sieć salonów samochodowych z wieloletnią tradycją. PIA Polska jest częścią Porsche Holding – właściciela największej w Europie sieci dealerskiej samochodów. W Polsce odpowiadamy za dystrybucję takich marek jak Porsche, Bentley, Audi, Volkswagen (samochody osobowe oraz dostawcze), Lamborghini oraz Škoda. Aktualnie PIA Polska to 7 marek i 33 autoryzowanych salonów w 7 miastach w całej Polsce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• support the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts
• assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• perform ad hoc analyses to support business decision-making
• ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems
• support internal and external audit processes
• collaborate with different departments to gather and analyse financial data

QUALIFICATIONS:

• bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting (internships included)
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query
• ability to prepare clear and structured presentations
• understanding of basic accounting principles
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• good command of English (written and spoken)
• motivation to develop in financial controlling, reporting, and business analysis
• willingness to learn and work with financial data in a dynamic business environment

NICE TO HAVE:

• knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
• experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
• experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
