Junior Associate – Financial Management

Manpower Malta is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established professional services firm for a Junior Associate to join their Financial Management team

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicating directly with clients and attending meetings
• Maintaining accurate accounting records
• Performing bank and other account reconciliations
• Liaising with external auditors
• Assisting with reviews of internal controls
• Supporting the preparation of management reports and ad‑hoc financial analysis

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing an accounting qualification (early‑stage candidates welcome)
• Strong command of English with confident communication skills
• Previous accounting experience is an asset, but not essential
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
• A team player with a proactive, goal‑oriented mindset
