The Finance Analyst supports the DSD Finance Department by delivering accurate financial data, documentation, and timely reporting for key stakeholders, including senior leadership, while supporting compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

We are looking for candidates who are genuinely passionate about finance and eager to build strong foundations in financial analysis and business analytics within a multinational environment. You bring curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a strong drive to learn and contribute.

What you will do:

  • Provide high-quality financial data and reports to management and stakeholders.

  • Maintain and organize financial data and documentation to enable accurate, insightful analysis.

  • Support operational efficiency improvements through LEAN projects.

  • Execute monthly drawdowns for financing programs.

  • Support program governance and ongoing controls.

  • Support ad hoc projects as needed.

What you will have:

  • Financial analysis skills; able to interpret financial statements.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving skills in diverse situations.

  • Strong planning and organization skills; able to manage time and resources systematically.

Top candidates will also have:

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.

  • 1+ year of relevant practical experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel; PowerPoint).

  • Data analytics skills.

Additional Information:

  • This is a 12 months fixed-term contract position.

  • Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU-25/EFTA citizenship required.
