We’re looking for a Junior Finance Administrator with initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm to contribute to the team.

You’ll join the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Finance Director, and support accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and financial reporting activities.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Support cost and expense accounting, keeping financial information organized and up to date.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, supporting payment and collection administration.
• Support the team with treasury and tax-related tasks.
• Work with financial data to help track the department’s activities.

What are we looking for?

• Advanced English proficiency to work in an international environment.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to handle different tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities during busy periods.
• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering quality service.
• Secondary, vocational, or university education, particularly in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, is valued but not required.

Bonus points if you bring knowledge of

• SAP, particularly its Finance module.
• The Spanish General Accounting Plan (Plan General Contable).
• Excel, pivot tables, and database management.
• Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• International pharmaceutical logistics or GMP —Good Manufacturing Practices— environments.
