The Junior Field Marketing & Partnerships Executive supports regional field marketing and partner activities to increase brand visibility, campaign execution, and partner engagement. This role is execution-focused and designed to build strong fundamentals in B2B field and partner marketing.
· Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives aligned with business priorities.
· Assist with event logistics, coordination with vendors and agencies, and post-event follow-up and reporting.
· Help local teams activate global campaigns by coordinating assets, timelines, and localization needs.
· Support digital channel execution (email, social, landing pages) under guidance from senior marketers.
· Support partner marketing initiatives such as joint events, webinars, and co-branded campaigns.
· Coordinate basic execution tasks and timelines with partners and internal stakeholders.
· Maintain partner campaign trackers, activation plans, and documentation.
· Act as a coordination point between central marketing, regional teams, and partners.
· Track campaign activities and basic KPIs such as leads, attendance, and engagement.
· Prepare simple reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or partner-related roles.
· First experience in B2B, professional services, or technology environments is a plus.
