You are: 

• A professional with university degree (in the field of Economics, International relations, Accountant or Finance would be an advantage); 
• Experienced user of MS Office (particularly of Excel) and SAP (would be a plus); 
• Attentive to details and able to work with a big volume of data;
• Good analyst with communication and time management skills;
• Confident in English on at least strong Intermediate level (both written and verbal);

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, budgeting, costing and re-invoicing processes, support in F&C related activities
  • Perform FTEs/cost calculation for new/additional scope in according to request from E2Es. Work closely with E2Es and Partners in order to provide a high-quality data / timely framework
  • Establish Dynamic forecast updates and gap analysis tracking every month. Provide simulations to Business Units as per a defined standard in output and timing on Budget, forecast and True-up for cost recharge of remote employees, missions, expats, NOSW services/projects, and other shared services, etc.
  • Communicate charges in an effective and timely manner to NBS Customers and respond to queries
  • Send/Receive ICO forms to make sure the cost is settled properly
  • Ensure visibility and correct reflection of data in Financial Dashboards during simulation through driving of relevant analysis (waterfall/Dashboard visualization).
  • Ensure quality financial information is used by the business for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood. Follow up and monitor progress to close gaps ensuring Nestlé financial policies and Accounting Standards are followed.
