The Junior Experience Delivery Manager is a valued member of the Digital Delivery team, reporting to the Global Senior Delivery Manager. In this role, you will support squad(s) in coordinating and assisting with digital projects, working collaboratively across cross-functional teams. You’ll play an important part in helping to ensure smooth project delivery and effective stakeholder communication, with regular guidance from senior team members.
About the role:
Requirements gathering – Support the Squad in collecting and clarifying project briefs, ensuring they meet digital team needs. Where briefs need adjustments, assist the Global Senior Delivery Manager in communicating updates to stakeholders and the planning team.
Planning – Work alongside the Squad EDM / PO to help organise and maintain a project backlog, ensure change management processes are followed, and highlight any planning risks to the Global Senior Delivery Manager.
Communication and reporting – Assist in preparing and sharing project updates with relevant teams and leadership, and help escalate risks and issues as needed, always in collaboration with the Squad EDM.
Production – Help ensure that digital projects follow established delivery processes, participate in retrospectives to support ongoing improvements, and contribute to keeping production schedules on track.
Stakeholder management - Keep business stakeholders informed of project status, working closely with the Global Senior Delivery Manager to set and manage expectations.
Facilitation – Help organise and facilitate daily / weekly Squad meetings, ensuring these sessions run efficiently and outcomes are clearly documented.
Digital campaign delivery – Assist in the delivery of digital deliverables including (but not limited to) web pages, third party digital retail assets and eCRM.
About you
Proven track record of driving digital asset production.
Experience of working with Content Management Systems and Project Tools (Jira and Confluence).
Experience of working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
Exposure to Digital / Design studios is advantageous.
Experience of working with / assisting technical teams.
An understanding of Agile ways of working and scrum methodology if desirable.
