- JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – MARKETING
The Role:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven professional to identify new market opportunities, coordinate marketing campaigns, pioneer commercial growth initiatives, and expand our domestic and export footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth markets for KVPL.
- Develop and execute commercial initiatives, strategic projects, and product value-addition strategies.
- Lead business negotiations, commercial partnerships, and stakeholder discussions.
- Build and maintain strong networks with clients, industry partners, and global stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in trade fairs, international business events, exhibitions, and promotional programs.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, social media management, and customer-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to achieve commercial targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university or professional institute (CIM or SLIM qualifications will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, brand management, or a related field. Experience in the tea industry or FMCG sector will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel when required.
