JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - QUALITY ASSURANCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work together with production team and identify production related non-conformity product problems and give solutions through Root cause analysis.
• Checking that raw materials or components involved in the production process are of suitable quality. Conduct a proper incoming inspection process for all type of incoming materials based on inspection plan
• Prepare production plans that minimize risk of mistakes during production. Introduce Fool proof methods to leave no opportunity for error, misuse or failure during ongoing production process
• Ensure product quality and give reliable solutions for identified quality related failures and in the way of meet project deadlines.
• Report discovered defects through NCRs to all relevant departments for correction
• Suggest improvements to company infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes during production.
• Conform to regulations and stick with International standards. (ISO)
• In process recording and maintain necessary documents.
• Communicate with other departments members such as Project Engineers to coordinate scheduling for Internal Audits.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Diploma / Certificate in Quality Management from recognized institute.
• 2 years’ experience as a Quality Controller in quality assurance department (Experience in Construction industry is an added advantage)
• Minimum 2 passes for A/Ls and local or London O/L 6 passes which includes a 'C' for Mathematics and English.
• Sound knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015, 5S and Total Quality Management.
