JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES (Workforce Management Systems)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the workforce attendance management system across all company locations and project sites.
  • Coordinate the rollout, implementation, and continuous improvement of the attendance system.
  • Monitor attendance records of employees, subcontractors, and contractors while ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with software providers to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for decision-making.
  • Conduct user training, system demonstrations, and provide operational support to site teams.
  • Liaise with HR, operations, IT, finance, and site management teams to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Travel across locations and project sites for implementation, monitoring, training, and issue resolution.

Profile

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a professional qualification in HRM
  • HR systems experience will be an added advantage
  • Tech-savvy individual with analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
  • Good communication, training, stakeholder coordination, and system troubleshooting abilities
  • Willingness to travel across company locations and project sites
