The Junior Executive – COD Operations is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities related to COD cash handling, fleet coordination, documentation, and vehicle management. The role ensures accurate financial reconciliation, efficient vehicle utilization, and proper maintenance of operational records to support smooth logistics and cash handling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cash Float Reimbursement
o Manage and process reimbursement of COD cash floats in a timely and accurate manner.
o Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of cash transactions.
2. Vehicle Amenities & Cash Deposits Management
o Coordinate and manage vehicle-related amenities required for operations.
o Handle cash deposits in coordination with the cashier and ensure proper recording and reconciliation.
3. Settlement Reports & Documentation
o Prepare and generate daily settlement reports related to COD operations.
o Systematically organize and maintain transfer vouchers and supporting documents for audit and reference purposes.
4. Transport Orders (T/Os) Processing
o Create and process Transport Orders (T/Os) for external vehicles and special transportation requests.
o Ensure accuracy and timely issuance based on operational requirements.
5. Mileage Reporting
o Maintain accurate daily and monthly mileage records for all vehicles in the fleet.
o Monitor and report vehicle usage patterns to support operational planning and cost control.
6. Vehicle Inspections
o Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle fleet to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
o Report any issues or maintenance requirements to relevant teams for corrective action.
