Principal Accountabilities

• Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety and Brinks policies
• Accountable for the liabilities.
• Accountable for the route operations.
• Accountable for safety route and liabilities.
• Accountable for maintaining good relationship with customers and Banks.
• Accountable to follow SWI/ SOP for CIT operations
• Accountable to inform any accidents, injury and vehicle damages to management on real time.
• Accountable to ensure all safety equipment like panic button, cameras, interlock are working and in good condition

Knowledge & experience:

• Cash counting and verifications
• Knowledge of SWI and SOP
• Active listening and understanding customer needs
• Good rapport with customers
• Knowledge in routes and customer location

Competencies:

• Good communication skill
• Counterfeit note verification
• Local language must
