Job Description

  • Support different types of ETG events (big international fairs, business breakfasts and dinners, networking events, online conferences, webinars, workshops);
  • Maintaining budgets, signing contracts, paying invoices, preparing reporting documents;
  • Collecting needs from internal teams, creating event timelines, communicating with project teams to organize the event;
  • Planning & conducting weekly project team calls;
  • Searching for contractors (worldwide) for online and offline events, conducting briefings, leading communication with exhibition organizers and different events venues;
  • Working with the design team;
  • Leading or assisting in event content, creating event scripts, participating in creative briefings;
  • Ensuring a smooth completion of the event and resolving any problems that may arise on site during the events;
  • Analyzing the success of the event and preparing analytical reports, using the data to continually improve future event delivery.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in event management or related roles;
  • Experience working with contractors and organizing both offline and online events;
  • Strong written and spoken English;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Experience in budget tracking (Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, etc.) and task managers (Trello, Asana, etc);
  • Proactive, self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
