We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator / Project Manager Assistant to support our restoration team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in construction, restoration, or project management. You will work closely with experienced estimators and project managers, assisting with job documentation, estimating, coordination, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing estimates using industry software (e.g., Xactimate)
• Support project managers with scheduling, job tracking, and coordination
• Conduct site visits for measurements, photos, and documentation
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
• Help maintain accurate job files, reports, and project updates
• Track materials, labor, and job costs
• Ensure projects are progressing on time and within scope
• Assist with insurance documentation and claims processes

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in construction, restoration, or estimating is an asset
• Experience with Xactimate is considered a strong asset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
