Job Description

Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a Junior Estimator to join our design and project support team. The Junior Estimator will be Responsible for Taking Off Material, Equipment, and Labor from Drawings Accurately from Company’s Estimating Software. A Detailed Proposal will be Generated after Takeoff is Completed. The Junior Estimator will also Generate Change Orders as needed from Project Managers.
Responsibilities:

Review Full Drawing Set and Specifications.
Send Out all Fixtures and Equipment to Vendors for Pricing.
Use Specified Material for the Assembly of the Project.
Prepare Bill of Material.
Prepare Labor Hours from The Estimate.

Education, Qualities & Skills required:

Minimum 2-year College Degree
HVAC/Plumbing Estimation Experience Preferable
Must know how to use MS Office and Possess the Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints.

Compensation:
$60,000

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00AM –
5:00PM
