  Master estimating and cost planning on complex, high-end builds.

  Understand luxury construction methods, materials, and supplier networks.
• 
  Progress into a Cost Planner role with a clear, supported pathway.

  Ability to interpret architectural, structural drawings and relevant documents.
• 
  Strong experience using Cubit Estimating software for digital take-oƯs.
• 
  Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) including, but not limited to, concrete, structural works, and interior finishes.
• 
  Maintain and update estimating databases.
• 
  Assist the cost planner in compiling tender cost plans
• 
  Source, analyze, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• 
  Maintain and update estimating databases using industry-leading software.
• 
  Assist in budget optimization.
• 
  Support contract administration functions as part of integrated project training.

Requirements

• 
  Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
• 
  Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential estimating / contracts administration.
• 
  Proficiency in Cubit, or similar estimating software (training available for strong Excel users).
• 
  Strong analytical and numerical skills; exceptional attention to detail.
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication.
