Familiarity with probabilities and forecasting concepts (not a foreign concept to you).
Willingness to learn trading strategies.
Ability to make quick, accurate judgments based on live match data.
Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and reliability.
Flexible availability to match global esports schedules.
Previous experience in odds modeling, sports analytics, or a related role.
Background in esports performance analytics or trading operations.
Current or former competitive/professional esports player in at least one of the mentioned titles.
Advanced knowledge of Dota 2, CS2, Valorant, or League of Legends.
A hands-on role in an esports analytics company, operating in a global environment.
